Architecture open to the horizon

The body of the house is characterised by simplicity and noble geometry. The gabled roof without eaves and the façade finished with natural wood are reminiscent of a traditional building, yet completely modern. The most spectacular element of the design is the impressive fully glazed gable wall, which blurs the boundary between the interior and the garden. It turns the living room into a viewing terrace, with the seasons painting unique pictures to be enjoyed from the warmth of the home.

Functionality for the whole family (floor space: approx. 132 m²)

The interior of the Bieszczady House has been designed with comfort and flexibility in mind.

• Ground floor (living zone): The heart of the house is the spacious, open-plan living area of over 40 m², which combines the living room, dining room and kitchen. It is the ideal place to spend time together. A remarkable feature of the project is the additional room on the ground floor, which can be used as a study for remote work, a guest room or a comfortable bedroom for a senior citizen. It is complemented by a comfortable bathroom.

• Attic (night zone): The private part of the house is a kingdom of peace and rest. Here you will find three well-positioned and bright bedrooms that will ensure the comfort of each household member, as well as three functional bathrooms (with the possibility of adopting one large one).
